Is this a requiem thing? I can't get the quest from him like this, the dialogue menu doesn't open (obviously).
So then I go there, only to find that Isran and his buddies are hostile towards me. For Roleplay reasons I didn't like this, and I was pretty sure that the only way to start the DLC was by going to fort Dawnguard. I half-expected this, because you need a quest in order to complete it and get Serana unfortunately. After all of this, I was sure that he could clear dimhollow crypt without too many problems, so I go head on in there, only to find a boulder blocking the way to go any farther from the big room in the beginning. He even managed to kill invisible entities in melee for the Black Star quest. I really feel that he is ready because he recently did the Aetherium forge quest, and had little to no trouble with enchanted spheres (Mace of Molag Bal + Necromantic Empowerment II is a good combo).
Because of this, I was really hyped for DG as the only really big questline to get into for my character. To give some background, I have a level 22 vampire and I started him using Live Another Life, and for RP reasons I don't want to even start the main quest or DB for that matter. I just wanted to ask, because I can't figure this out on my own.
